Questions we are often asked
Short answers before you get in touch. Anything else — ask in the form.
Where is Aurex based, and which parts of Saudi Arabia do you cover?
Our head office is in Jubail (Golden Tower, Madinah Road). We work with clients in every region of the Kingdom — on site where the work requires it, and through the government platforms that Saudi business runs on.
How does an engagement begin?
With a conversation about where things stand. We then assess the business, structure a plan with set deliverables and approvals, carry the work out on the ground, and monitor the results as regulation and operations evolve.
Do you handle government filings and platforms on our behalf?
Yes. Our team works across ZATCA, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Jawazat, MOFA, Najiz, Musaned and Etimad, and provides day-to-day PRO/GRO support with ministries and regulatory authorities.
Can you support a foreign investor setting up in Saudi Arabia?
Yes — from legal structuring, incorporation and licensing through to regional headquarters (RHQ) setup, Saudi Premium Residency support, corporate secretarial work and trademark registration.
How are engagements structured and priced?
Either as a fixed-term contract — advisory and services over an agreed period, scaled to the size of the business — or as a phased contract, where specific services are delivered and priced stage by stage.
Which professional standards do you work to?
CMA (USA) expertise within the team, SOCPA and IFRS for accounting and reporting, ISA for audit support, ISO for management-system certification readiness, and the COSO framework for internal control.
Do you work in English and Arabic?
Yes. Advisory, documentation and correspondence are available in both languages.
